Crescent Park Association, Inc.
Crescent Park Association, Inc. is a homeowners association established as a non-profit corporation in the state of Texas that was created for the purpose of maintaining the common areas and to provide services of benefit to the homeowners.
Board of Directors:
Volunteer members that are elected to the Board of Director by the homeowners at the Annual Meeting. The Board is responsible for all the decisions made regarding the operation of the Association.

Management Company:
VanMor Properties, Inc. is the property management company for Crescent Park Association. VanMor oversees the day to day operations of the Association. Some of the duties includes: Deed restriction inspections and enforcement, billing, and collection of yearly assessments, assist with the preparation of budget, A/P & A/R, bid solicitation, documentation and reporting.
